Roofing & Roofline, Fascia, Soffit & Guttering

An integral part of our building projects is constructing the new roof, whether this be a traditional pitched roof or a flat membrane roofing system. We have experience roofing our new builds and re-roofing existing properties, as well as lining chimneys for our stove installations, re-building or re-pointing existing chimney stacks or even creating them from new.

We work closely with local scaffolding companies and, as with all of our contracts, we always manage the project from start to finish, ensuring our customers have only one point of contact.

Traditional Roofing

Traditional roofing methods of either a cut or truss roof, which incorporate breathable membrane insulated to current building regulations (or better on request) with tiles or slates to suit.

Solving flat roof problems

We are delighted to announce that Simon is now qualified to install the ‘ClassicBond EPDM’ membrane FLAT ROOFING SYSTEM. Perfect for refurbishments and new projects, this system is strong, flexible and durable, environmentally friendly, maintenance free and has excellent resistance to puncture, extremes of temperature, UV and ageing.

Roofline: Fascia, Soffit and Guttering

The fascia and soffit system on a house, often referred to as the roofline, is the finishing where the rafters of the roof meet the external wall. Without it, the edge of the roof would be exposed and open to erosion and decay over time. It provides both a decorative and protective finish to the roof area.

We offer a wide range of fascias, soffits, cladding and guttering systems in a choice of styles and colours to improve the appearance of any facade. All fascia systems come complete with matching corners, joiners and end caps, and a selection of roofline accessories to add that finishing touch. uPVC roofline and rainwater systems are all fixed using colour matching plastic-headed pins and nails that blend into the profile.
