We promise to give you our best attention and service at all times.

Building Projects and Stove Installations:

We guarantee all labour and workmanship for ten years (unless specified otherwise in the quote or contract documents).  Manufacturer’s limitations may apply.

Windows, Doors, Conservatories, Roofline and Garage Door Installations:

We guarantee our uPVC for ten years (sealed units and hardware for up to five), timber for five years, aluminium and automated garage doors in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. The term of the guarantee will be included in our quotation and a ‘Certificate of Guarantee’ is issued upon completion of the project.

Our terms and conditions are approved by FENSA, the Glass and Glazing Federation and Trading Standards, and are fully detailed within our contracts.

We are a registered installer with FENSA (Registration Number 29546) and install to their exacting standards. FENSA regularly undertake checks to inspect the quality of the product and installation. Sometimes this is arranged through us and is to inspect us whilst we are installing, and sometimes they will contact a customer directly to request to inspect a finished installation.

Upon completion of work, we register all window and door installations with FENSA, which in turn generates a Building Regulations certificate from the local authority. This should be retained with other important property information as it will be required by a solicitor if the property is ever sold. In addition to our company guarantee, we are members of the Consumer Protection Association (CPA) and give an Insurance Backed Guarantee (for windows, doors, conservatories and roofline projects) which takes up our guarantee should we cease to trade. This offers additional assurance and peace of mind that the guarantee you are promised when you take up the contract will be honoured. This is not an optional extra nor is there any additional charge. Where specified, it is always included free of charge. Complaint Procedure:

We deal with any issue promptly and with ownership.  We’d much prefer that if you have any problems you pick up the phone and talk to us, but if you would prefer a more formal approach, you can download our documented procedure here:  Complaints Procedure.  Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which?
