Our Contracts and Procedures

Should you wish to go ahead with a quotation we will prepare a contract which will be posted to you, for you to return in the stamped and addressed envelope provided. The contract will specify the work agreed between us, the cost agreed and our payment terms and we always ask our customers to read through this carefully to ensure it is as expected.

Our contract terms and conditions comply with both the FENSA and the Glass and Glazing Federation guidelines and have been approved by Trading Standards.   You can download a copy of our Terms and Conditions here.

For contracts to install windows and doors, conservatories, garage doors or roofline products, our surveyor, Simon Blundell, will arrange to visit you to complete a detailed survey. At this stage, he will discuss the details of your project with you to make sure that the order is correct and you will have a final opportunity to make any changes.

For contracts to complete any building projects, Simon Tinson will produce a detailed Agreement of Works, which specifies exactly what is included in the contract to complete the project to the specification and cost agreed.

As much of our work is outside, we can be affected by weather conditions and sometimes experience delays but we will always keep you up to date as to who will be visiting your home and when.

And then it’s down to the installation or build, and the best way we can explain how we do things is to refer you to our reviews and testimonials page – they speak for themselves!
