Our Cancellation Policy

To support our non-pressured approach to sales, we offer a fourteen day cancellation policy if you change your mind once you have signed a contract with us.  Any deposit paid will be returned in full.

Cancellations on contracts signed in the home are also covered by legislation which came into force in June 2014. It is called ‘The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013’, and ensures that all customers who sign a contract at home or at work have a mandatory fourteen days in which to cancel. In addition, the contractor must also provide written information on this right and give some means of cancellation, ie a form or letter that the customer can use should they wish to cancel. Clover contracts are almost always posted to our customers, for them to sign and return at their leisure, and in this instance the legislation would not apply.  However, to ensure we fully comply in every instance, we provide written information and cancellation documentation together with the contract
